KOIN Members were invited to watch a special Facebook LIVE event at 6 p.m. EST on Jan. 25 on the flu epidemic in Kentucky. At least 65 people have died this flu season—including three children and some adults who were otherwise healthy and not part of a high risk group for getting the flu. Our Department for Public Health experts provided tips on how to protect you and your family from the flu, what to do if you think you have the flu and answer your questions.
