• Be Safe. Be Prepared. Children's Coloring Book - informative bilingual (English/Spanish) coloring book for children showing steps to take in typical emergency situations in Kentucky.
• Brochure - informative brochure in English and Spanish describes the role of public health in Kentucky with the use of pictograms. An audio file is also available.
• Community Information Guide - information guide that contains contact information and resources that may be valuable for community leaders and citizens in the event of various incidents and emergencies. The guide also is designed as an outreach tool for leaders with vulnerable or at-risk populations, including those with language barriers.

• Kentucky Preparedness Survey - This survey study was conducted in 2008 as a continuation of preparedness studies conducted in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 that measured the level of preparedness of Kentucky residents, including members of vulnerable populations.

• KOIN Fact Sheet - informative fact sheet describing the role of the KOIN.

• KOIN 2009 Winter Storm Survey Report - This survey report was conducted with KOIN members in the months following the January 2009 winter ice storm. The survey was performed to collect data about KOIN members' experiences in order to better understand how the KOIN functioned during a winter emergency.
