Telebriefing Update on 2009 H1N1 Influenza (Swine Flu) for Media Statewide Thursday

Who: Department for Public Health (DPH) State Epidemiologist Kraig Humbaugh, M.D.

What: Telephone briefing to provide an update on state response and planning activities related to H1N1 flu (swine flu).

When: 10:30 a.m. EST, Nov. 5

Where: Reporters should call in a few minutes early to 1-877-746-4263 and enter participant code 0228695# to join the call. Reporters will be on listen-only mode, but can e-mail questions for presenters to Gwenda.Bond@ky.gov or BarbaraJ.Fox@ky.gov before or during the call.

Note: Additional H1N1-related deaths will be added to the Flu Activity chart on Thursdays, though local health departments may choose to do releases.
